A client in the Reston, VA area is seeking a TSSCI Cleared Tier I Service Desk candidate to support a federal program. Candidates will be required to resolve break fix tickets and ensure customers receive the highest level of customer support. Help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.
Candidates need to have an active TSSCI clearance - candidates must work fully onsite 5 days a week in Reston, VA. No opportunity for remote or hybrid work. Core hours of the team are 7am-3pm.

Required Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in professional work setting doing troubleshooting
* Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment
* Must have experience working with u over the phone and detailed documenting skill
* Must have Security+ DoD 8570 Level II
* TS/SCI clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Good to have experience with SCCM
* Good to have experience with Remedy, or other ticketing systems
* Good to have experience with Windows 10 operating systems
* Good to have the ability to move boxes/lift up to 25-50 pounds
* Good to have experience with Active Directory (creating accounts/navigating different Operating Units)
* Good to have experience with O365 troubleshooting
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
