Description and Requirements

As the US Merchandising Program Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of various in-store merchandising initiatives, ensuring compliance with established processes and standards. Your responsibilities will include managing merchandising programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication channels to drive in-store excellence.

What will you do?
  • Manage the planning and communication of in-store merchandising programs, including fixtures, demos, and demo software.
  • Define project requirements and scope, reinforcing best practices from installation to end-of-life processes.
  • Identify trends in weekly compliance reports, communicate progress, and share best practices to drive performance improvements.
  • Oversee channel merchandising projects, from initial planning to deployment and reporting.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and goal-setting activities to enhance in-store merchandising excellence.
  • Collaborate with vendor field teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
  • Create and publish installation guides, conduct QA testing, and report issues with demo software.
  • Support global merchandising operations, including installation, maintenance, refresh, and disposition of merchandising elements.
  • Manage operational project management for product launches and projects using tools like Smartsheets and Install Tracker.
  • Provide support for fixture ticketing, store list management, and system rollout in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Align with country teams and vendors, providing launch prep information and collecting merchandising data and plans.
  • Maintain website updates, support device connectivity dashboards, and assist with troubleshooting individual store bug reports.
  • Collect information from country teams for various projects and conduct audits as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent retail experience of at least 3 years.
  • 3 years of experience in carrier/consumer electronic channel field merchandising, retail visual merchandising, or retail store operations.
  • Experience working with vendor field teams and implementing basic merchandising processes.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) or Microsoft Office suite.
  • Technical acumen, project management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.
