Our WW Business Planning team is seeking an experienced Strategic Initiatives & Programs Manager to play a critical role in the development of strategic initiatives that support our global Education business. In this role, you will provide program and project management support to drive business decisions, working closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic imperatives are executed efficiently and effectively at scale. You will leverage your passion for education and forward-thinking influence to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact programs, and ensure alignment with WW Enterprise teams to help transform teaching and learning environments globally.



Description
In this role, you will:

- Program manage key imperatives of our sales strategy from ideation to execution
- Support the design, development, and implementation of strategic programs
- Develop comprehensive program plans aligned with long-term business strategies and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Use project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and regularly review performance for continuous improvement
- Influence WW Education stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizations
