Accounting Manager

Our client is a luxury hotel renowned for its exceptional service and elegant ambiance. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions for the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage the accounting team, providing training and mentorship
• Adhere to all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, event space, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
