Reporting to the the Senior Administrative Project Manager in the Executive Director's Office, you will work on-site five days per week and perform the following tasks:
- Support the AEC Design group's Associate Director and University Architect, and eight design managers.
- Schedule complex meetings with multiple participants within the University and architectural communities.
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal process.
- As timekeeper, reconcile time reports.
- Help with the preparation of departmental and project presentations, agendas, minutes, correspondence, filing, copying, and scanning.
- Manage travel arrangements, including air (domestic and international) and ground transportation and hotel arrangements.
- Main Desk Coverage
- Be the first contact for staff, students, and visitors to the department. Create a welcoming, organized, efficient and professional office environment, and serve as a resource of information for faculty, staff, students, and guests.
- Coordinate business vehicle pool and parking permit process.
- Provide support for hosting, receptions, office meetings, and special events.
- Be the main contact for The Commons lunch room.

Required Qualifications*
- High school diploma or associates degree
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and scheduling meetings using electronic calendars.
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Employ basic reasoning skills.
- Reasonable knowledge of U-M policies, procedurees, and regulations.
