Your role

This role is to support oversight of affiliate services to/from UBS Bank USA ("BUSA")

• coordinate with the BUSA teams on documented support for Dual employees activities
• support BUSA affiliate contract owners to map contractual obligations and service needs and if contract changes are needed, project manage contract updates
• coordinate with BUSA contract owners to ensure affiliate performance assessment are aligned to the UBS Service Management Framework, that assessments are complete and meet procedural and regulatory standards
• enhance Risk appetite statements/RAIs to include product specific & affiliate risks and track progress or issues
• manage an escalation process for any emerging day-to-day affiliate issues impacting BUSA
• quarterly, partner with stakeholders to identify, align and report on any affiliate performance-related issues and the corresponding path to green and ongoing issue status
• understand, analyze and report on business continuity schedules and issues at important affiliate-employee work sites and for critical affiliate-managed 3rd Party vendors that impact BUSA
• understand, analyze and report on business continuity schedules and issues for important BUSA-impacting IT
• Improve/upgrade tools for program management. Identify reporting improvement opportunities and strategize new reporting processes

Your expertise

You have:
• a Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
• 5+ years of compliance or vendor knowledge preferred
• written and verbal communication skills
• strong organizational skills
• strong negotiation skills
• ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management,
• strong relationship skills
• ability to work without detailed direction on tactical items
• strong analytical skills
• ability to think strategically
