IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to sit with one of their large cosmetic clients local to East Windsor, NJ. This individual will be joining the IT PM team within Governance Management Portfolio for the Americas Region. This team implemented Apriso (manufacturing execution system) a year ago and they need someone to come in and manage this system. Day to day responsibilities include receiving change request forms, understanding and analyzing the requests, knowing specific deadlines, tracking the projects progress/timeline, communicating with the business, following up with team members, completing status reports, creating presentations to present to stakeholders, etc. They will be working closely with business stakeholders located in East Windsor, but also with the Focus Team in Japan who oversees and manages the system itself, therefore, there will be occasional early morning or evening calls.. This person needs to be extremely sharp, detail-oriented, organized, and follow up with team members to make sure deadlines are being hit.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience in an enterprise environment.
- SAP proficiency.
- Hands-on experience working on data focused projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, organized.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, work, Microsoft project, etc.).

- Apriso experience
- Panaya for testing
