Contract: 12-18 Months - all applicants MUST be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party suppliers or C2C candidates.


Overview: Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management, including Agile delivery, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing program-level functions with end-to-end oversight, ensuring successful project and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage projects/programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Lead teams through release planning and readiness, supporting change management policies and processes.
  • Conduct Release Readiness/Quality reviews to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, delivering clear and concise updates and reports.
  • Maintain a high level of detail orientation, managing multiple tasks, adapting to change, and prioritizing work to meet competing deadlines.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to drive project success.
  • Utilize and manage tools such as Horizon/JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint to track project progress, document changes, and share updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management, with a focus on Agile delivery.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated experience in managing change and leading teams through release planning and readiness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Horizon/JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
