Job Duties
The Agency Management Lead Analyst through their cost analyses, budget development and justification of agency initiatives helps the Budget Office to ensure the adequate evaluation, management and control of all DOC financial resources.
Performs or coordinates project teams in the evaluation and measurement of department programs, budgets, appropriations, etc. to determine policy and fiscal impacts on implementation, measurements, standards, and resources; develops financial and program justifications for legislative or department initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience coordinating projects in the evaluation and measurement of department programs, budgets, and appropriations. Experience developing financial and program justifications for legislative or department initiatives. Experience with organizational and program analysis, and measurement of statistical analysis. General knowledge of correctional functions, skill in use of computer systems for analysis, ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, analyze problems and develop sound recommendations and conclusions, and to lead work of others.
Additional Considerations
Experience in management, financial, legislative, econometric or related area of analysis or planning.
