Responsibilities

The Learning Systems Institute (LSI) is seeking a project manager on large scale evaluation project.

Responsibilities include:
  • Recruits, trains, and manages a team of data entry personnel throughout the year.
  • Oversees the software requirements for the data collection system.
  • Oversees the data collection, entry, management, and preparation for analysis.
  • Interacts with multiple agencies including hundreds of schools and other organizations to aggregate the data needed for evaluation.
  • Develops and communicates project reports.
  • Ensures the team follows the data security protocols and the organization of all the data related to the project.
  • Works as part of a team to develop the data analysis and project reports.
  • Works on proposals and/or international development project as a PI, Co-PI, PM, or researcher.

Qualifications

  • PhD in an education field with experience in quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Management experience.
