Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzes business needs, documents requirements, and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to plan, test and support product releases and upgrades, considering factors such as resource availability, timeline and dependencies
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of features while adhering to data privacy regulations
- Continuously monitor the performance of the technology product, support and gather feedback from users, and identify areas for improvement or enhancement
- Provides subject matter expert and operational support to internal business partners
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience with IT support
- 2+ years of experience in Health Care IT Systems: Proficiency in health care IT systems, including EHR systems, HIEs and other clinical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree (or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in application implementation and support
- 3+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks
- Solid analytical and technical skills to solve complex issues
Soft Skills:
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in high volume workload situations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive relationships
