The AGPA is responsible for performing a wide variety of analytical functions and technical support for management. Key duties include providing support to the TAC Management Team's hiring efforts by reviewing, researching, and analyzing data related to personnel action requests and coordinating with management on completion of personnel related paperwork. The AGPA is also involved in the development and maintenance of various tracking reports, inventories, and time reporting, as well as monitoring and analyzing workload levels to ensure timely completion.
The incumbent should possess strong analytical and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to successfully handle multiple, concurrent, and complex assignments. Additionally, the incumbent should possess technical knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
This position is headquartered in Rancho Cordova and may be eligible for telework under EDD's telework policy. California Government Code Section 14200 requires employees to reside in California to telecommute. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.

Background Investigation Requirement
