Business Analyst - INTL INDIA

Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst for one if its top clients in the life sciences space. This is a fully remote role based in India and will be supporting the organization's Cognitive Automation team's efforts to centralize data platforms/pipelines. 50% of the role will focus on the requirement intake process, while the other 50% focuses on functional requirements across the product group. The ideal candidate has worked in a Generative AI environment supporting intelligent process automation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of intelligent process automation (RPA/IPA) or other function of automation enablement
Expert in eliciting functional user needs to convert into detailed technical requirements
Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
Agile experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience
Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, LLP, Augmented Analytics
