* Plan and drive requirements meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams.

* Formalize the requirements and work with the team (Product Managers, Scrum masters etc.) to split them into epics/user stories etc.

* Work with developers to help translate the functional requirement into the respective technical tasks.

* Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in systems and processes.

* Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Create process models, workflow diagrams, and use cases to support requirement documentation.

* Assist in project planning and coordination activities. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test results.

* Understand existing functionalities in the system and correlate the new requirements to integrate the updated changes.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Technical Writer in the IT industry.

* Understanding of SDLC methodologies.

* Deep understanding of Agile methodology (Detailed expertise on Scrum/Kanban, Product backlog management, user story writing, estimation, and planning etc.)

* Expertise on various functionalities of JIRA.

* Understanding of testing methodologies like TDD, BDD etc.

* Prior experience with writing detailed technical documentation for products/solutions.

* Ability to triage with Developers and Testers to plan and execute multiple testing cycles.

* Life sciences functional background

* Good to have:

o Expertise on MS Project, MS Visio, Confluence etc.

o High level understanding of full stack development environment, DevOps, CI/CD

o Ability to assist with project management tasks.
