Remote Business Analyst

We are seeking a remote Business Analyst to join our pharmaceutical clients team with a focus on pharmaceutical customer data within the MDM Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL querying abilities and have experience analyzing data trends and reporting metrics. This role involves writing comprehensive documentation such as SOPs, WIs, and KDs while assisting in business rule comparison and documentation efforts. Your responsibilities will include acting as backup support for Data Analysts daily tasks, creating queries for steward metrics reporting, conducting Data Quality analysis for health checks, and defining new DQ queues based on observations for remediation priorities. In this role, you will analyze change data requests from our sales organization to assist them in prioritization decisions such as adding new doctors or determining stewardship team priorities. Youll also handle ad hoc requests like identifying database entries missing city state zip information. As a technical individual who understands business language well, your interactions will mainly involve direct client communication which will then be translated to the technical teams.
