Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for a Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC.

As a Data Visualization Developer, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate. Your expertise in SQL and data analytics will be crucial in ensuring accurate and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Visualization developer, you will be responsible to help the Customer Experience team move forward with the visual analytics using Microsoft Power BI. The candidate should have excellent hands-on experience with Power BI and strong SQL skills.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Utilize Power App and Power Automate to streamline data processes and enhance user experience.

Optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.

Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experiencing designing, developing, and testing data visualization solutions, with an emphasis on Power BI

Proficiency in Power App and Power Automate is highly desirable.

Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.

Nice to have: AWS, Python

Experience in data analytics and interpretation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
