Job Description:
Innovation... Act as key data lead to leverage versatile technical capabilities to drive the development evolution and implementation of data products which enable self-service by data consumers Re-engineer data processes and migrate the processes from on-premises to Amazon Web Services Explore industry trends tools and techniques in Open Source/Big Data/Digital domain Business Intelligence Execute and monitor data processes that deliver critical data to partners and regulators Develop prototypes and implement new business intelligence tools solutions and techniques Assist in development of standards and policies for business intelligence frameworks Data Management Evaluate data management data quality and data access processes for gaps inefficiencies and opportunities provide recommendations for improvement Implement solutions and processes for management and governance across data quality metrics metadata lineage data access rights and business definitions Develop data mapping to enable data end users to more easily transition to using new systems

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree At least 5 years of SQL experience 1 years experience working BI reporting tools preferably Tableau 1 years' with direct customer facing experience At least 1 year of experience in querying analyzing and working with data languages and platforms Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in a Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics discipline Prior Capital One experience 1 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies - Lean Six Sigma etc 1 years of experience working with and demonstrating knowledge of data governance data quality management concepts and data quality tools i.e. Informatica DQ 1 years of experience working with Agile development methodologies The ideal candidate will have: Degree specialized in a Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics discipline Experience with Python SQL Unix/Linux Databricks and Github Experience with Amazon Web Services products such as EC2 S3 Redshift and Snowflake Desire to learn about external companies typically Fortune 500 that Capital One partners with for co-brand and private label programs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 40-50hr W2 or C2C
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
