Job Description

  • Direct implementation and improve H+H SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services: Detailed implementation planning and ongoing coordination of clinical, operational and fiscal quality improvement efforts for BH initiatives
  • Direct and develop SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services and initiatives project plans, establishing cadence and strategies to support execution
  • Direct allocation of staffing resources and responsibilities for OBH SUD strategic priorities, specifically with regards to SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services/initiatives
  • Assist in the development and execution of OBH SUD strategic plans, specifically with regards to SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services and initiatives
  • Facilitation of interdisciplinary workgroup meetings with H+H BH and hospital leadership and/or external stakeholders focused on the implementation and optimization of SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services and initiatives
  • Implementation and optimization of SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services and initiatives dashboards, workflows, electronic medical record (EMR) clinical documentation tools, billing, and reports to inform quality improvement (QI) and satisfy grant funding deliverables
  • Responsible for SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services and initiatives data report out to internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee SUD Sub-Acute Care/Outpatient services budgets through close collaboration with OBH Director of Fiscal Affairs
  • Development of H+H BH policies and procedures in adherence with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to direct reports and student interns as assigned
  • Liaise with academic or other partners to conduct program research/evaluation
  • May lead and/or support on additional BH/SUD initiatives as assigned by supervisor or departmental leadership


Minimum Qualifications
1. A Masters Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Health Care Specialization, Social Work, Psychology or a related field; and,
Six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital or regulatory agency administration, with particular emphasis on development and evaluation of mental health delivery services, or,
2. A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience.
