Job Description: The Entrata Support Analyst will support a national footprint of property managers (clients), responding to incoming client questions and requests regarding Company's Property Management systems primarily focused on Entrata.
We are looking for a subject matter expert to join our Application Support team in a long-term position. The incumbent of this role will maintain all aspects of the customer relationship, assisting clients in various technical and data services via phone, emails and ticketing escalations.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Primary role is to work with management personnel to assist them with questions or problems they have with Management Entrata systems including:
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate. Minimum 3 years Entrata support experience.

- Investigating system or data problems and taking corrective action in the system
- Assist with testing new software releases
- Analyzing recurring problems to determine root cause and create requirements for system changes to address the problem
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate. Minimum 3 years Entrata support experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
- Basic PC skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of the following systems preferred but not required: Yardi 7s, Rent Café/CRM and OneSite
