Title: Jr. Financial Support Analyst

Job Summary:
The Jr. Financial Support Analyst is a key role that supports the corporate financial business systems providing accurate and timely consolidated reporting of financial and other commercial data. The role will provide administration and management of the multiple applications and associated processes. The role applies a mix of analytical, functional, and technical skills. This role will report to the Manager of Financial systems and collaborate very closely with Accounting and Finance.

Candidates should have 1-2-years of experience utilizing NetSuite for financials. They should be familiar with NetSuite processes, such as setting up new vendors and their associated taxes / payment terms / discounts, creating saved searches, and financial reporting.

Required Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, MIS, CIS, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive experience in NetSuite
• Experience with core SAAS financial tools, or similar applications:
  • Oracle NetSuite (primary accounting system of record)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong project management and analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
