Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for executives.
- Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
- Attens meetings, keep records of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
- Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follows up on action items to ensure completion.
- Prioritize, receive, and screen visitors and telephone calls.
- Maintain assigned calendar(s).
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Experience in healthcare setting (highly preferred)
