Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our vendor relationships, billing processes, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and financial systems, along with excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of vendors, including billing cycles, payment terms, and renewal processes.
• Create and manage requisitions within SAP, ensuring they complete the approval process and addressing any inquiries from sourcing.
• Submit manual billing to designated email and ensure timely payment, while reconciling any billing discrepancies with vendors.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline current processes in alignment with best practices within our SAP Torque environment.
• Ensure accurate payment terms and timely vendor payments.
• Proactively alert the Team Lead of any issues or bottlenecks in the requisition to PO creation process, involving management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP in a multi-layered, hierarchical organization.
• Solid understanding of financial systems, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and management.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions and avoiding negative outcomes.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in IT environments is a plus.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
