What will I be doing?



As a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to F&B Director and Executive Chef in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.
  • Reviewing and printing menus using Publisher, Excel, Word and Photo shop
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
  • Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
  • May assist in servicing clients.
