Help Desk Analyst 3

Idealforce has  CONTRACT position available immediately for a Help Desk Analyst 3 to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an Onsite position. Please find below additional details about this job. Only Local Candidates are considered for this role.

Complete Description:
 30% preparing desktops, laptops, monitors and other IT accessories for use by the end user.  End users could include SOS personnel both in office and remote, and could also include Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers.

50% must have experience in Microsoft Technology as well as MAC computers for support to users with that technology or equipment.  50% of this role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware and other questions related to those items and issues.

 20%previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.

Required / Desired Skills/Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience

• Microsoft Office products in a work environment-Required 3 Years
• Supporting MAC products- Required 1 Years
• Customer service focused support to the operation- Required 2 Years
