Qualifications
3 years experience in human resources.
Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
Or 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Your Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Organizes & oversees ODI's On/Off-boarding program (e.g., manages calendar of events and assures participants are notified/engaged, maintains records, etc.).
- Coordinates the ODI Wellness program (e.g., assigned as the agency Wellness Ambassador to coordinate annual on-site events, recommends Wellness activities/topics).
- Assists HR staff with Personnel, Position Descriptions, Assessments, Training Activities, &/or Succession Planning, as needed.
- Serves on committees and participates on special projects.
