Duration: 4-6 month contract to hire role
Location: San Antonio, TX
Title: Tech Support Analyst
Schedule: Must be able to work any of the schedules listed below at any given time. Flexibility needed.
Description:
This position will support the day-to-day operations of the WellMed IT Help Desk.
This person will be a part of 12 analysts
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, Log Tickets in our ticketing system, Password Resets, Remote Desktop Support, VPN Support, MS Outlook support.
Tools/skills are needed:
eClinical Works, eProvider Resource Gateway (EPRG), Active Directory, Cisco, AnyConnect, Good Mobile RSA Console
Must Have:
2yrs experience
Nice to have's:
Cisco experience
Multiple shifts:
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6am-10pm and Saturdays 8am -6pm
