Duration: 4-6 month contract to hire role

Location: San Antonio, TX

Title: Tech Support Analyst

Schedule: Must be able to work any of the schedules listed below at any given time. Flexibility needed.

Description:

Person will provide Tier 1 support for our clients internal customers. Will field in bound calls and provide remote support via Bomgar and will track tickets in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls, Log Tickets in our ticketing system, Password Resets, Remote Desktop Support, VPN Support, MS Outlook support.

Mandatory Experience:

-2yrs experience working in Help Desk/Tech. Support capacity

Preferred Experience:

-Cisco telephony experience

Shifts:

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6am-10pm and Saturdays 8am -6pm
