The Housekeeping Office Coordinator assists with all office duties of the Housekeeping department such as payroll, ordering, etc. This position has a high level of guest phone contact. This person must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Previous knowledge of HotSOS, Opera, and Colleague Advantage would be a great differential.

Qualifications:

- Be willing to work flexible hours and days including morning shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill.
- Preferred candidates will have previous knowledge and experience using the following computer systems: HotSOS, Opera, and Colleague Advantage
