Leidos is seeking a talented IT Support Manager to lead a team of desktop support technicians and other IT professionals in providing support for the end users and the infrastructure at our San Antonio - TX location. The team consists of technicians supporting the enterprise infrastructure including network, hosting services, and all CIO Services managed desktops and laptops.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians providing support at our San Antonio campus.
• Manage the team's scheduling, performance and timekeeping
• Collaborate with other CIO Services organizations to ensure efficient operation of the organization's computing environment
• Become the focal point for enterprise infrastructure at the Huntsville campus
• Ensure compliance with processes and service level objectives
• Ensure the team provides excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of desktop support experience in a large corporate environment. Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience should include at least 2 years as IT support supervisor / team lead / manager
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows in an enterprise environment
• Experience creating and documenting IT processes and procedures
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance is required

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting Mac OS and iOS devices
• Microsoft Visio network documentation experience
• MCP/MCSA/MCSE, A+, Network+, Security+

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
