Work you'll do
- Support Cyber Protection Team (CPT) operations.
- Manage the Weapons & Tactics program.
- Manage and teach PBED in support of CPT operations.
- Support tactics improvement program.
- Assist in the development of CPT training and exercise scenarios.
- Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
- Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.
- Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.
- Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- At least 10+ yrs experience with the following:
- Weapons and Tactics SMEs maintain the highest levels of knowledge and proficiency of adversary TTPs, CVA/H weapon system capabilities, and Host/Network CPT Operator functionality
- Knowledge of, and can implement, the PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief) process
- Experience with coordinating with the Intelligence, STAN/EVAL section, and training sections on training/exercise scenarios.
- Knowledge of DAFMAN 11-260, Tactics Development Program. SMEs maintain all training, certification, and functional qualifications required for the host analyst and the network analyst CPT crew positions.\
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- IAT III certification
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
- OS or Security Tool Certification
