Junior Technical Support

Required:

1-3 year's experience in a fast-paced technical environment

Degree from technical institute or formal college degree in related field

Experience managing and working with PC Inventory

Understanding of various desktop operating systems such as Windows 10/11, Mac OS

Understanding of networking concepts and terminology

Working knowledge of AD/ LDAP/ OU’s and GPO’s

Experience with deploying and maintaining Bitlocker / MBAM

Experience in the use and support of productivity software such as Microsoft Office

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a wide variety of internal users and Executives.

Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills.

Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to complete projects and tasks according to priorities.

Ability to work with vendors to resolve technical issues

Ability to work with Software developers and troubleshoot complex environments

Learning new technologies and implementing support plans

Preferred:

Experience with JAMF and Intune and SCCM a plus

Net+ / A+ would be a plus

Office 365 Administration experience would be a plus

Experience with Service Now

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: CompTIA Network+
