HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team so that we can focus on optimizing and enhancing our SAP Purchase to Pay systems, specifically with ARIBA and Invoice to Contract technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and technology integration in a large-scale enterprise environment.

YOU WILL:
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Purchase to Pay systems, particularly ARIBA and the Invoice to Contract modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices in system usage and processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on SAP Purchase to Pay systems.
  • Proven expertise in ARIBA and Invoice to Contract solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. ???????
