Skillset / Experience:Localization Project Coordinator II

Our Fortune 50 client's Localization and testing team seeks a Project Coordinator with a strong ability to work cross-functionally, attention to detail, and experience in managing projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with localization, QA, software development, bug triage, and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage localization schedules from translation through QA to launch, ensuring clear communication with Localization Program Managers, Language Managers, Engineers, QA, Vendors, and Content Designers.
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business units by setting clear expectations and communicating instructions timely.
  • Create and execute basic test plans for linguists.
  • Analyze current workflow and tool pain points, suggest improvements, and pilot new processes.
  • Make independent decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage ambiguity and aggressive deadlines.
  • Prioritize, triage, and escalate internationalization bugs, working with product teams to ensure fixes before launch.

Skills Required:
  • Experience in Localization, QA, and Project Management.
  • Proven track record of launching products in multiple locales.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Solid understanding of challenges in developing products for international markets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, CAT tools, or similar in-house localization tools.
  • Familiarity with product and software development processes.
  • Relevant experience in software localization, localization program management, or management of localization technology solutions.
  • Experience in hardware, augmented reality, virtual reality, advertising, or payments testing.

Degree / Certifications: Bachelor's degree required
