Position Summary

The Project Coordinator position within the donor-funded Promise Clinic is designed to work in tandem with Promise clinicians, education coordinators, and family navigators on Promise Clinic services and initiatives. The Project Coordinator position will include executing critical administrative, clinical, and coordination related tasks, including data management, follow-up communication with families, and coordinating IRB updates and submissions.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual program updates; data entry of intake and evaluation data; collection of education records; organization of testing supplies.
  • Attending weekly meetings with Promise Clinic Director, Assistant Director, and Education Advocacy team.
  • Maintaining IRB updates and functions, including coordinating data collection and performing data entry, consenting families as appropriate, and coordinating communication materials.
  • Performing related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Research experience is preferred, including data collection and IRB exposure.
  • Master's degree in psychology or education or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
  • Candidates who have worked in organizations providing family supports/services, preferred.

Other Requirements
  • Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
  • Candidates who have worked in organizations providing family supports/services, preferred.
  • Able to use public transportation to travel to and from meetings; able to use general office equipment for daily use.
  • Use of equipment frequence- telephone-frequently; small hand tools- frequently; copier; fax machine; and computer.
