Maintenance Supervisor

Insight Global is seeking a direct hire Maintenace Manager for a role in Hurlock, Maryland. You will work second shift and oversee electricians and Mechanics (team of 15) to ensure the facility and equipment are maintained in excellent condition and in a manner conducive with good manufacturing practices and to control maintenance expenditures. You will work with maintenance vendors and management team at a plant of roughly 200 people. We are looking for someone who has leadership and hands on experience in a variety of equipment (refrigeration, boilers, conveyors). This is a leadership role with upward mobility and our client is actively interviewing for the right candidate, we are open to relocation for those who need it.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of boiler operations, refrigeration and conveyors
Ability to schedule, plan and control the maintenance work load on a priority basis.
Ability to develop, train and manage all Maintenance employees fairly and equally.
Knowledge of CMMS, RCM & scheduling heuristics
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of GMPs, MOSHA, EPA and Wastewater Management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

30 HR OSHA
Able to weld (MIG, TIG, ARC & Oxy/acetylene and SS fabrication)
Able to operate forklift and aerial lifts (genie boom, scissors lift)
