Job Description

The Manager, YESS Risk Management - Partner Onboarding plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming integration of new Partner Ys into the YESS-Risk Management ecosystem. This position is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process, serving as the primary point of contact, and fostering a positive and supportive experience for new partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Previous experience in a partner-facing role or within the risk management domain is preferred


Essential Functions

  • Lead and manage the complete onboarding process for new Partner Ys, including data collection, training, resource allocation, and system integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal) to ensure alignment on onboarding objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, utilizing metrics to ensure timely completion and successful integration
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or roadblocks, implementing strategies to maintain project efficiency
  • Establish and maintain open communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and tailoring communication styles for different audiences
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Partner Ys, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador, ensuring they feel supported throughout the onboarding process
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization
