Position Summary:

As the Operations Financial Analyst at Diamond-Drives LLC, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and analysis for our chain manufacturing operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape strategies that foster financial success. This is an onsite position that reports directly to the Plant Controller.

Essential Job Duties:

Partner with operations to provide financial insights to support strategic decisions across various departments.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Partnering with the operations team to analyze production data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall plant performance.
  • Process Improvement: Engage with quality assurance and product development teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Undertake specialized financial analyses, monthly focasting, projects,and assisting the controller as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Associates degree in finance or related field; and 2 years of experience.
    • Proficient in financial analysis practices, procedures, and expectations.
    • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally in manufacturing or operations.
    • Demonstrated Project management capabilities with the ability to work independently.
