Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Product Manager in Austin, TX!

This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work on-site 3 days/week at our client's office in Austin, TX.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship of any kind during the assignment

Our client is focused on helping existing and future advisors run their practices efficiently and effectively through the continual buildout of industry leading digital tools in the web, mobile, and messaging space. If done successfully, advisors will reward our client with greater trust as they custody more of their client's assets.

This team is responsible for:
  • Strategy - Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for our web and mobile strategies centered on New Account Opening workflows.
  • Execution - On all aspects of technology product development including the definition, creation, development and implementation of the core solutions and processes.
  • Client service - Serve clients by designing workflows that accomplish tasks the advisor wants completed
  • Partnership - Support client-facing employees in delivering new technical products to our clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will build products and experiences which enhance our client's digital platforms, and help to develop new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with partners, customers and prospects.
  • You will fulfill the product owner role in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • You will work with technical counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise.
  • You may work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy and provide relevant and concise updates to executive management teams.
  • You may also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offering.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5 years Product Management experience
  • Previous expereince working with DocuSign
  • Previous Financial Services/Banking experience with New Account opening or other core brokerage / banking services (i.e. Transfer of Account, ACH, Wires, etc). is strongly preferred
  • Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methods and processes
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Curiosity to continually reevaluate existing designs and/or processes.
  • Effective relationship builder-ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types.
  • Comfort in a dynamic and fast paced work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.99 to $59.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
