- Serve in the Product leadership role with oversight of multiple product teams.
- Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Manage budgets to ensure responsible stewardship of Ascension resources.
- Partner with peers in Engineering and Design to deliver solutions at scale that serve Ascension customers.
- Set KPI targets for the product and own the associated outcomes.

- Generates high value from user interactions and feedback and utilizes the same to inform product strategy and direction.
- Synthesizes research and testing efforts to rapidly provide insights to the team.
- Advises test selection and results evaluation across multiple product teams/tiles.
- Leads, mentors, and manages product teams.
- Collaborates on and communicates product/design/engineering resourcing needs and strategy.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Preferred Experience:
- 7+ years of experience developing digital products, and native mobile apps specifically.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
