Full Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager with proficient hands-on experience with the RiskMAP Program , focusing on improving flood hazards. The Program Manager role will be hybrid in Falls Church, Virginia. Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Flood SAFe, DevSecOps, and SELC.

Roles & Responsibilities for the Program Manager:

• Lead and manage projects related to FEMA's Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (RiskMAP) program.
• Oversee flood hazard management initiatives, ensuring compliance with FEMA guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address flood-related hazards.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate flood risk management projects.
• Implement and manage projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices to enhance security and efficiency in the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.
• Manage complex programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee the System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) to ensure all phases of project development are effectively managed.

Required Qualifications for the Program Manager:

• 5+ years of experience with FEMA and/or the RiskMAP Program and/or flood hazard management
• 5+ years in program or project management
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Active ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

Compensation for the Program Manager:

• Salary Range: depending on experience
