Recruiter

Very straight forward! This person will be recruiting sales/mortgage loan officers on a day-to-day basis. They will be handling 20- 30 + requisitions at a time so need to come from an environment with high volume. This person should be high energy and very sharp. As of now it is a remote contract opening and will not be going permanent.

Required Skills & Experience

o 2 years of recruiting experience within the sales/Mortgage loan officer space
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously at various recruitment stages
o Strong proficiency with computers and databases, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
