The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management is committed to creating innovative, transformative learning opportunities, activities and programs that prepare students to thrive personally and professionally as engaged members of society through the University of North Texas Dallas' strategic enrollment goals. Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing executive, administrative, and analytical support to the Division Executive Assistant, department heads (Executive Director, Director, Assistant/Associate Vice President) and interacting with offices including the President's, Vice President's and/or external constituencies while maintaining sensitivity to confidentiality and protocol. This position provides support to the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Leadership and Success, and Enrollment Strategy and Student Administration. Coordinates activities and acts as university-wide liaison. Identifies issues or problems and researches solutions within specific management areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
