The Senior Analyst, Membership Rewards Program Economics & Strategy will oversee program economics including leading the economics governance process and assessing new partnership opportunities and renewals. This person will also lead competitive intelligence efforts across the loyalty industry. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day execution with opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the Membership Rewards program. This individual will work cross-functionally with key internal partners including Business Development & Partnerships, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Finance, Analytics, GCO, Compliance, and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with financial concepts, be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners and have a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day MR economics governance process and CBA pipeline in partnership with MR Finance
  • Assess new partnership opportunities and renewals in collaboration with Business Development & Partnerships, Analytics, and Finance teams
  • Monitor loyalty industry trends and lead competitive intelligence efforts
  • Proactively track partner negotiations across Points Transfer, Pay with Points, and Gift Cards to monitor impact to program economics
  • Support and lead innovative MR program initiatives on an ad hoc basis


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong mix of financial/analytical skills with a qualitative touch to drive business results
  • Demonstrated success with project management
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions
  • Passion for loyalty and our customers, plus strong financial acumen to balance customer and shareholder objectives


Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
