- Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).
- Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
- This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
- Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering (managing a team)
Previous supervisory experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
- Security industry isn't a must but definitely a plus, if they have a background in HVAC, plumbing, IT, electrical and leading a team that could potentially work
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
