Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle or SAP, service operations, and project management. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP system is effectively integrated into our business processes, delivering value to the organization, and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the SAP system, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the project.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, HR, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of the SAP system into existing business processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure that all users are proficient in utilizing the new system.
  • Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies regarding SAP and IT operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with SAP vendors and consultants to stay informed about product updates, patches, and new features.
  • Utilize effective change management approaches to ensure continuous improvement and other types of change are effectively implemented with minimal disruption to leaders, employees and other stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations management with a focus on SAP systems.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle/SAP implementations and project management.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle/SAP modules and functionality, as well as integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • SAP certification is highly preferred.
