Cognizant is looking for Salesforce Fund Raising Business Analyst with experience in CRM - Fund Raising. Salesforce experience highly preferred. But, if an individual has experience in CRM not in Salesforce, they are ok. But, Fund Raising exposure is key hands with hands on experience and able to coordinate with Client and offshore team

Job Description:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant technical and business work experience as BSA.
• Must have experience in Financial Service Domain,Fund Raising Experience.
• Experience in Financial industry, Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

Must have CRM - Fund Raising experience.

Preferred Certification: Salesforce PD1,PD2 App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant is added advantage.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
