Salary range: $135,000 - $155,000
Trulite is HIRING!We are looking for a well-versed Strategic Accounts Manager & New Business Development leader to be based at our Corporate Office.
Who You Are:
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You understand the unique needs of each account, ability to develop tailored strategies to meet those needs, and can identify opportunities for growth. From a strategic M&A point of view, you realize these accounts may have longer term potential. Not solely to grow revenues / cross selling but also a business acumen to think about strategic synergies. The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and support to key accounts, while also driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development within glass and aluminum work experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with a drive to succeed to maximize business results.
- Fosters a "whatever it takes" to get the job done attitude.
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.
- Must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must pass criminal background check.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide input on product development and marketing initiatives based on customer insights and market demands.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
