Responsibilities

Assists in the management of administrative operations for Case Management Services. Serves as primary contact for CMS and provides customer service via phone, e-mail, and direct contact which includes student check-ins and creating case files. Handles a high volume of administrative inquiries while researching and interpreting University policies and procedures. Assists with making recommendations on office operation needs related to equipment, workflow, staffing and materials.

Compiles, monitors and maintains confidential medical, personal and notification data/records for programs. Develops, inputs, and analyzes data, and generates reports from database on emergencies. Maintains the Victim Advocate statistical database.

Per Department protocol and in conjunction with the Department of Student Support & Transitions, notifies appropriate faculties, departments and other persons of individual student crisis/emergency situations via phone calls, preparing memos, sending e-mails or faxes.

Provides administrative support for Case Management Services, Victim Advocate Program and Withdrawal Services. Supervises and coordinates work assignments for College Work Study or OPS students. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency and two years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.

Anticipated Salary Range

Anticipated salary to begin at $32,920.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
