Job Profile

Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant supports various departments in the HR Organization, providing administrative support to the functions and activities of the HR department in order to assist the department with the execution of the overall people strategies in order to attract, onboard, develop, and retain a highly effective workforce. Works in partnership with other members within the department, as assigned, to support the successful design and launch of HR related programming, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Associates degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related
field preferred

Work Experience: Two (2) years of administrative experience if no degree is held. If Associates degree or higher is held, then no experience is required.

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing / Correspondence

Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Word, Typing , P.C.
