Title: Support Specialist
Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift + occasional weekend calls
Compensation: $45K - $60K annually (based on experience) + annual bonus potential

Travel: occasional travel to client sites (less than 15%)

Position Description | Support Specialist
The Support Specialist role will help with ongoing projects for business and provide support for our customers and installation teams. You will help bring new units along and monitor existing compressors and generators.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Support our existing IT infrastructure, communications network, and GUI
• Answer all client questions and issues. Ensure timely resolution of any issues (client, internal, supplier).
• Document lessons learned; identify corrective actions and best practices as part of the contract closure process.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has an understanding of IT infrastructure, VMware, and Linux. You should also be a self-starter who has past experiences following processes and implementing continual process improvement. This is a client facing role, and as such, you should possess exemplary communication skills; both written and oral as well as be proficient in the sue of standard business computer programs (i.e. MS Office).
